Bulgari Resort Bali

During my journey across Indonesia, I had the incredible fortune of experiencing a delightful sojourn at the Bulgari Resort in Bali. The unparalleled interior and exterior designs left me astounded and captivated, creating an unforgettable impression that continues to resonate within me.

Among the numerous awe-inspiring elements that distinguished this resort, the use of lanterns was particularly remarkable. Immerse yourself in the enchantment as I recount my enchanting encounters with these luminous fixtures.

The first image that comes to mind portrays the resort’s restaurant, boasting magnificent vistas of the ocean. Suspended above are approximately twenty electrified lanterns, evoking a sense of bustling activity. However, contrary to expectations, the ambiance exuded a surprising tranquility, imbuing the atmosphere with an air of romance that enveloped the surroundings.

The second image etched in my memory depicts the entrance to the villa that housed our stay. Standing tall, a single modern sculptural lantern with a soaring arch graciously welcomed us. Its inherent aesthetic beauty aside, this luminary marvel proved to be exceptionally practical, as it provided a direct source of light from above, casting a gentle cascade of illumination that bathed the entrance in a warm glow.

The extraordinary interplay between the interior and exterior designs of the Bulgari Resort has left an indelible mark on my consciousness, ensuring that its vivid recollection will endure indefinitely, perhaps even for a lifetime. Even as I speak, the details flood back to me with astonishing clarity, evoking the sensation of being transported back to that very moment. Undoubtedly, the reason for this profound impact lies in the sheer magnificence of the intricate details that pervaded every aspect of this remarkable establishment.

  • Artisitic Tile

Canopy by Artistic Tile is my new favorite tile! A 3 dimensional, 16″ x 16″  hand carved stone tile.    It reminds me of Japanese woodblock printing. In the last decade tile has gotten more intricate and can be works of art.  Great tiles make any interior design look great.
